Tuesday 10/6- 60 min bike ride. Steady. 14 miles.

Wednesday 10/7- 30 min run. Steady. 3 miles. 
  • 1000 m swim. Focus on form. 50s

Thursday 10/8- 40 min bike workout. Speedwork:
  • Warm up: 15 min
  • Main set: 2x5 min. with 2.5 min rest
  • Cool down: easy spinning 5 min
     Swim: 1000m. Focus on form. 100s

Friday 10/9- 30 min run intervals, 70% effort.

Saturday 10/10- OFF

Sunday 10/11- OFF
